Neuro Recode Private Limited ("Neuro Recode", "we", "us") provides non-clinical, online wellness and coaching services, including consultations, workshops, and structured programs. Because our services involve reserved practitioner time and proprietary intellectual content, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all purchases made on neurorecode.in, learn.neurorecode.in, and our funnel pages.
This policy exists to protect both you and our practitioners. It ensures that reserved time slots are honoured, that intellectual content is safeguarded, and that every participant receives the full benefit of the session or program they have invested in.
The fee is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. This fee reserves your slot and practitioner time.
This nominal fee secures a confirmed place in our calendar and commits a qualified practitioner to your reserved time. Once your booking is confirmed, the slot is removed from public availability, and the practitioner's calendar is locked. Because of this commitment, the fee cannot be returned once confirmation has been issued.
We understand that plans change. To give you reasonable flexibility while protecting our practitioners' schedules, the following rescheduling terms apply to all bookings.
Refund and cancellation terms for paid programs are shared at the time of enrolment and form part of your program agreement. Where part-payment is offered on selected programs, all instalments must be paid as agreed; an unpaid instalment may pause access to the program.
Each program carries its own refund window and cancellation clauses. These are presented in writing before you enrol and form a binding part of your agreement with Neuro Recode.
Where part-payment is offered, every instalment must be paid on or before the agreed due date. Failure to pay an instalment may result in a temporary pause of program access until the account is brought current.
If you were charged twice or incorrectly for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
To help us resolve any payment concern quickly, please include your transaction reference number, the date and time of the charge, and a brief description of the issue when you reach out to our support team.
If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative slot, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that session.
We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, practitioner unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control. Wherever possible, we will offer an alternative date and time that works for you. Where no suitable alternative exists, the full session fee will be returned through the original payment method.
Our services are designed for adults seeking structured personal development and wellness support, and are not appropriate for or available to college students.
Our services are only for individuals aged 18 and above and are not available to college students. Bookings found to be ineligible may be cancelled at our discretion.
